Full-time or Part-time Teacher Needed in Chiba, Japan

OMNI INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH
is looking for full time or part time teacher.
CONTRACT: 2 months-12 months.
Starting April 1st 2013 through to March 31st 2014.
SALARY:
Full time: Each teacher will receive 250,000 yen` per month.
Part time: 12,000 -14,000 yen/ day
HOURS:
Full time: 25 hours/week, with approx. 5 weeks paid holiday per year.
Part time: 5 hours /day , with no paid holiday
APARTMENT:
53,000-63,000 yen per month.

WORKING VISA:
Sponsorship is provided for full time teacher.
REQUIREMENTS
A native English speaker either from the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
-Must have a University degree
-Experience with young children
-A genuine love of children
-A genuine interest in Japan
-Able to work in a team environment
-Flexible (to the demands of the job)
- Have a kind and outgoing personality
- A great sense of humor (as this is very important when teaching children)
