Description : 1. Job Requirements - Bachelor��™s degree or Master��™s degree - Experienced in similar jobs or industries - Native English speaker - Good reading and writing skill - Good communication and interpersonal skill 2. Role: The Speaking PM is responsible assuring team objectives for Speaking contents are met throughout planning and production by working closely with Department Head and Director in setting targets and maintaining guidelines 3. Responsibilities: - Researching & planning Speaking contents scope and sequence, content flow and layout, and page and activity formats - Scheduling Speaking projects in conjunction with Department Head and Director; overseeing writers and editors in meeting Speaking project deadlines - Drafting and revising Speaking, Listening, and Reading contents, including reading and listening passages, instructions, and activities; assisting writers in content development - Editing drafts and proofreading of all Speaking, Listening, and Reading contents; assisting other reviewers with editorial decisions and revisions - Planning and drafting lesson plans for Speaking contents; editing and revising lesson plans for Speaking and Listening contents - Teaching weekly Speaking pilot class and giving feedback on textbook content Reviewing Speaking PowerPoint class material and giving feedback on content - Overseeing and checking script preparation; assisting in voice actor selection; directing voice actors in recording process in-studio; reviewing and giving feedback on audio recordings
