School Information
Kookmin University is one of the leading private universities in Korea, with a total of 13 colleges and 14 postgraduate schools. Our campus is located in the north side of Seoul, the capital of South Korea. Our educational goal is to foster leaders not only for our country but for the world. KMU International School (KIS) was established in 2011 for the purpose of cultivating professionals who will lead the global society of the 21st century. KIS is chartered with International Business program in Kookmin University. To prepare our students for a career in the field of International Business, KIS offers all lectures in English. In addition, our department provides our students with the chances to build a multi-cultural network of rewarding personal and professional relationships with foreign students from all over the world.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants should be in good legal standing and meet all requirements of the Private School Act and the university's regulations. All applications will be carefully reviewed and cross-referenced to ensure recruitment of the most qualified candidate.
- Degree requirement: Doctorate. Applicants are required to receive a doctoral degree in the relevant field by the date of appointment (Proof of documents required. Otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled).
- Applicants must be able to lecture in English. A native English speaker is preferred.
- Applicants should be available to start working on the date of appointment.

Step 2) Download and fill out an application form.
Step 3) Register your personal information and upload the application form to the website.
Step 4) Submit all documents by post or in person.
* Applicants who fail to register the application forms via Internet or who fail to submit all the documents on time will be excluded from the review process.

* Any documents in a foreign language (except English) should be submitted with a Korean translation and notarized.
* Applicant's full name should be on the envelope, when all the documents are submitted.
* Our school does not return the submitted documents except the certificates of degrees.
