Entry Level Private Elementary Education Position, Gimpo, South Korea,

Small World 어학원 Is an English academy owned by an American. We are looking for a positive and fun teacher to start May 18th, 2015. This is a full time entry/intermediate level position located in Gimpo, South Korea. Some experience in teaching/public speaking is required. Certification preferred. Korean language not required. We will sponsor your E2 Visa. Teachers must procure all documentation required for teaching in Korea on time.
Working hours
Mon, Wed, Fri 1:00-9:00pm
Tues, Thurs 1:30-10:00 (40 minute dinner break)
These are contractual office hours but we often leave early, I don’t make workers desk warm.
Average 3 classes per day.
Preparation time included in these working hours.
Classes
Lessons are fully built for teachers
Classes are locked in at a maximum of 4 students per class.
You will work in tandem with a Korean coteacher
Students are generally elementary age.
A week of real Job training.
Adequate preparation time and support for classes.
Benefits
2.1-2.4 Million won per year.

Location
Located in Gimpo, South Korea. Gimpo is a 20 minute subway ride from Hongdae and a short bus ride away from central Seoul. It’s near both airports. However, Gimpo is somewhat rural.
What We Need
What we need is a caring, positive teacher with a professional demeanor that can make a classroom fun and follow lesson plans enthusiastically. We love kids and you need to love kids too. Workers must be responsible, healthy and have great time management skills. It is also possible you will be involved in curriculum development. We are really looking for the right teacher to fill this position from one to several years.
