Full-time Faculty Teaching Positions at Changshin University in Changwon City, South Korea

Changshin University in Changwon City, South Korea is looking for two full-time professors to teach English language skill related subjects or credit subjects offered by the university.
Qualifications:
*At least two years of teaching experience in Korea at the college level or secondary schools
* A master¡¯s degree
Responsibilities:
* Teach a minimum of 12 class hours per week, and a maximum of 5 hours/week of overtime.
*Subjects to teach: English language skill related subjects or credit subjects
*Attend school-related events.
Starting date for Employment: March 1, 2014
You will need to be at the college at least one week prior to the start of the spring semester.
Period of Employment:
12 months for the first contract. Upon completion of your first term of employment, you may be offered a one-year contract provided certain conditions are met.
Salary and Benefits:
*Starting salary: 35 million won per year
*Overtime pay: 20,000 Korean won per hour
*Individual office space with furnishings, computer and access to the Internet
*New, rent-free housing on new campus. You will only need to pay maintenance fees that include utilities (100,000 won per month).
*Health Insurance, 50% of which is covered by the college.
*Private School Teachers¡¯ Pension Plan
*8 weeks of paid vacation per year: 4 weeks in winter and 4 weeks in summer

7. At least two current letters of recommendation signed by the referee. The letters should contain contact numbers of the referees.
