URGENT! FULL-TIME UNIVERSITY TEACHING POSITION in Gyeonggi-do, Korea

LOOKING FOR ONE ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTOR
CHA UNIVERSITY in Pochen, Kyeonggi-do (35 km northeast of Seoul, past Uijeong-bu City) is seeking one additional qualified full-time English instructors for the academic year 2013. Those with F-4 Visa welcome.
CHA University was founded by CHA General Hospital which runs seven major hospitals, healthcare centers, and research institutes in Seoul, Bundang, Daegu, and Kumi. We have acquired Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Hollywood, CA, USA where our graduates are sent for their internship.
Contract Period: March 1, 2013 ~ Feb 28 2014.
Qualifications: Native speaker of English
B.A. in ESL, English Education or other relevant fields.
Those with TESOL or TEFL Certificate preferred.
At least one year teaching experience in university preferred
Duties and Benefits:
1) teaching 20~22 hours of English conversation, reading and writing per week
2) 4 office hours per week
3) Participate in department meeting and school related activities
4)Basic furnished Single Studio apartment provided on campus
5) Medical insurance provided
6) 6 weeks of paid vacation a year: 3 in summer and 3 in winter)
7) Severance pay upon successful completion of the contract
8) Starting Salary: For B.A. holders-- 2.3 million per month for 18 hours of teaching per week (basic teaching hours). Beyond 18 hours are considered over-time and paid extra.
