Responsibilities Include:
•The development and maintenance of the Course Syllabi
•Development and execution of dynamic PACE (professional Aviation Communication English) lessons
•Collecting and monitoring data related to cadets PACE training
•Coordinating and cooperating with Team Leaders, Ground Instructors and Pre-PPL instructors to ensure that each cadet acquires a complete understanding of aviation specific communication vocabulary, pronunciation and comprehension
Job Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree and TEFL or ESL Certification
•Minimum of two years ESL teaching experience, preferably overseas and/or with cross-cultural students
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•The ability to motivate and convey knowledge in both groups and 1:1 settings
•Aviation experience helpful, but not required, however, must be able to effectively review and/or relate aviation communication related materials to cadets
•Must be able to communicate effectively
