Non-tenure Track Full-time Positions at Kyonggi University: Suwon, South Korea



Kyonggi University is seeking experienced, committed and qualified instructors to teach College English from March 1, 2014 to February 28, 2016.
1. QUALIFICATIONS
1) Native English Speakers
2) A type: Master Degree(at least two years of¡¡teaching career of academic courses at universities preferred. Or Doctorate)
B type: Master Degree(teaching career at universities preferred.)
3) Majors in TESOL, TEFL, English, Linguistics, or Education preferred.
4) Applicants must be eligible for appointment according to Private University Faculty Appointment Regulations.
2. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS & BENEFITS
1) A two-year contract with possible extension upon evaluation
2) Duty Hours
A type: Teach 15 hours of credit courses per week during academic semester
B type
¥¡)Teach 18 hours of credit & non-credit courses per week during academic semester
¥¢)Teach also in summer and winter sessions (approx. 5 weeks each)
3) Work place: Basically Suwon Campus. Seoul Campus for some.
4) Twelve-month-based salary
5) Starting annual salary: 32.4 million won(master)
6) Subsidized Korea Teacher's Pension
7) Subsidized medical insurance

- Translations should be attached if not in Korean or English, with applicant's signed confirmation.
- Kyonggi University reserves the right to revoke any appointment of those applicants who have falsified his or her application data or documents.
