About us :
We are operating three English Village in Korea.
The Yang Pyeong and Ansan English Villages are to expand English learning across all of South Korea. Our mission is to provide students with an opportunity to practice their English and leadership skills in an environment that encourages and motivates them to do their best.
We are looking for 1 English teacher who is already in Korea, who can come as soon as possible.
About the Teaching Environment:
•The teaching situations at our English Villages are semi/solo teaching (Independent teaching) usually split between morning and afternoons.
Half the day would be teaching Academic English lessons independently to classes of around 10-20 students. •Teaching hours: About 30 hours / week. 5 days working.•Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (8 Hours) on average. •Employees will work eight (8) hours per day (excluding lunch period from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.) . Any time worked over is considered overtime and is paid as time and a half. We offer a comp day system as well for those who prefer time off instead. •Program and activity hours are also scheduled to fulfill the 40-hour working week.

-Payment:
2.3 - 2.4 Million Won / Month.
*Salaries are negotiable with experienced and higher education applicants.

1 year or 6-month
• Housing :
single room studio apartments or double room studio apartments shared with 1 roommate are available.
Each studio is equipped with a wide screen, flat panel TV, a microwave, an electric range, a vacuum cleaner, internet phone, a clock, a twin bed, a stand-up shower, a personal refrigerator, a dining table, a washing machine, two ceiling heating/cooling systems, clothes rack, and new carpeting. (Utilities and housing maintenance fee(60,000won per month) will be automatically taken out of your monthly salary).

• Free wireless internet. • Visa and contract assistance as needed. • Lunch is provided (M-F) in the cafeteria. • Comp days(Time off) or overtime payment opportunities will be available. • Shopping transportation for teachers will be arranged weekly. • No use of illegal drugs. No smoking / No Drinking at the English Village.
• 2.4% of your salary will be deducted each month for your medical insurance). / 4% of your salary will be deducted each month for Pension contributions( It will be refundable when your leave this country).
