English Visiting Professor in University of Incheon (starting August 27, 2012)


Visiting Professor Position in the Department of English
* Position Description
The successful applicant will be expected to teach at all levels of English conversation and writing courses to English major and minor undergraduate students, starting on August 27, 2012.
Preference will be given to applicants with good communication skills, a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. Experience in teaching conversation and composition courses will be an advantage.
Depending on the successful applicant's qualifications, s/he may teach graduate courses offered through the Department of English.

* Qualifications
- M.A. or M.Ed., preferably in English, Linguistics or TESOL-related areas
- Teaching experience required

* Position Details
- 2.5 million won/month (30 million won per year) + overtime pay
․ Teaching hours: 12 hours/week (for extra teaching hours, there will be overtime pay)
- One-year contract (annual renewal upon evaluation)

* Required Documents
1. Resume (Nationality, age, gender, photo included)
2. Copy of University Diploma(BA/MA) (Apostilled copy should be provided at the interview)
3. Copy of Academic Transcript (Apostilled copy should be provided at the interview)
4. Copy of the first page of Passport
5. Letter of Recommendation(s)
6. Proof of Employment
7. Copy of Alien Registration (If currently residing in Korea)
8. Apostilled Copy of the Criminal Record Check by government should be provided at the interview

* Due Date for the Submission of the Required Documents
- No later than June 28, 2012

* Interview Date
