Low Hours teaching adults. Open Visa. Have more than 1 job!

We have the following position open in our school. We are a foreign owned adult language school who are looking to take on more teachers.
Location: Seohyun Station, Bundang (30 minute bus from Hannam-dong/Itaewon area)
Schedule:
Afternoon: M-F 11.00-16.00 (there is a one hour break in this shift)
Each teacher is required to work one Saturday per month 10:00-18:00.
Class: Maximum of 8 adult students per lecture class and maximum of 4 per seminar class.
Curricula includes, Business, HOT Topic, Current Events, TED.com etc.
Teacher: Native. Only experienced teachers will be considered (E2 visa holders with permission to have a part time job are encouraged to apply.) This position is equivalent to a part time job that offers visa sponsorship.
Payment: 20,000~25,000 won per hour dependent on qualifications.
Starting Date: Early April
Vacation: 4 weeks (unpaid)
Duration: Minimum 6 months as a secondary visa sponsor. 1 year as a primary visa sponsor
Details:
We are currently providing two packages.
1.As a secondary visa sponsor. You add us to your existing E2 visa.
2.As a Primary visa sponsor. We sponsor your visa and allow you to work elsewhere.
All teachers are paid by teaching hour and must reserve that time in their schedule every day. If there are no classes for you, you do not work, and therefore are not paid. Teachers are declared as independent contractors therefore are responsible for their own health insurance and tax.
Teachers are encouraged and given permission to work other jobs. We will help you find jobs, when we have them available. We suggest you do not rely on us as a primary income as we do not guarantee a minimum number of hours. Housing allowance, airfare, visa costs etc. not provided.
All teachers must have all pertinent legal documents for immigration to apply i.e. criminal record check, apostilled degree etc.
