Job Opening: Lecture-Dedicated professor(native speaker) at Bucheon University


Bucheon University is seeking qualified native English speaking professors to begin teaching from March 2013.
1. Position
- Full-time native English speaking professor

2. Qualifications and Requirements
- Native English speaker
- At least Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in teaching English as a second/foreign language
- Teaching 15 hours a week and 6 overtime hours
- If needed, teaching university's language program classes during intersession periods with extra payment.

3. Terms of Contract
- period: March 2013 - February 2014 (1 year)
renewable upon mutual agreement

4. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 27,600,000 won per year
overtime hours paid separately
- Vacation: 8 weeks fully-paid vacation in a year (4 weeks per semester)
- Medical insurance and private school pension
- Housing: 350,000 won per month housing stipend is offered.
For those who prefer university-provided housing, rent-free apartment close to campus may be provided.

5. Required documents for applicants

- Copies of all diplomas and certificates
- Copies of all academic transcripts
(The appointees will be expected to submit the original diplomas and official sealed transcripts will be required for final approval.)
- Copies of the certificates of employment for the listed job in resume if you have been working in Korea.
- A letter of recommendation
- A copy of passport
- A copy of your alien registration card (if applicable)
(Note: Applicants who do not submit all the documents above will not be seriously considered for this position.)

- All applications should be received December 12th to December 21th, 2012(by 6:00 p.m.).
- Mailed documents will not be returned.
