EFL Position Open Immediately in Chiba, Japan

EFL INSTRUCTOR OF NORTH AMERICAN ENGLISH - POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
Due to an unexpected vacancy, MIL-The Language Center in Chiba, Japan is currently interviewing and hiring one full-time EFL Instructor of North American English (both kids and adult classes.) for a position starting in late November 2013.
Our 8 schools are located on the Keisei and Shin-Keisei lines, about halfway between Tokyo and Narita.
A University degree (BA or BS minimum) in any field is required. Applicant must also have strong interpersonal skills and be good with children, as about two-thirds of our students are children. Applicant MUST currently have proper visa, and current residence in Japan is preferred. Applicant must be willing to relocate to school-sponsored housing in Katsutadai, Chiba.
Hours: Minimum 20.0, maximum 23.0 teaching hours per week.
Salary : 247-255,000 yen/month, plus monthly merit pay.
Accommodation: Apartments from 50,000 to 60,000 yen (rent) per month. School helps with initial set-up costs. Apartments are partially furnished and a landline phone is provided.

One-year contract,(possibly renewable).
