1. Qualifications
- Native Speaker of English
- MA or higher degree in any major
(English Language, English Literature or Education major preferred)
* Tutor : BA or higher degree in any major
- TESOL/TEFL/ESL certificate preferred
- Cheonan residence (after hired)
2. Required Documents

- Official record of transcript (university/graduate school if applicable)
- Copy of degree/certificate
(Should bring the original record of degree/certificate at interview.)

3. Work Conditions
- 9 AM till 6 PM (Monday through Friday)
- 18 teaching hours (MA), 15 teaching hours (PhD)
* Tutors should tutor students at Tutorial Center from 9 to 6 Monday through Friday & 3 ~ 6 hour/week classroom teaching
- Summer and Winter vacation (approximately 4 months)
4. Benefits
- Salary : 2 million Won/Month for BA, 2.1 million Won/Month for MA, 2.2 million Won for PhD
(for E-1 or E-2 Korean Visa holders, teaching experience at any Korean colleges will be counted as 50,000 Won for a yr, 100,000 Won for 2 yr, up to 200,000 Won of 4 yr experience.)
- A private office or a joint office with other teachers
* Tutors will work at Tutorial Center.
- Housing subsidies : 300,000 Won a month for housing
- Contract period : 1 year (The contract will be renewed annually.)
