Full-Time Instructor Position at the Language Education Center, Changwon National University

We are looking for qualified English Instructors who are responsible and sincere to work at the Language Education Center, Changwon National University.
¡à PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 1 year from March 1st , 2013 through February 28th, 2014
¡à QUALIFICATION
1.Native speaker of English Speaking Country
-Preference will be given to a candidate who has degree in English,Linguistics, TESOL, or Education.
-Master¡¯s degree holder is preferred.
2.Hold a Bachelors¡¯ degree or higher
-Two or Three year college graduates are not allowed to get the work visa in Korea.
-Applicants with teaching experience in Korea or English-speaking countries are preferred.
¡à WORKING CONDITION
1.Working Days: Monday through Thursday
2.Working Hours: Instructors are required to teach the following hours at the minimum:
-Regular semester: 16 teaching hours/week + 4 English Lounge & office hours/week
-Summer & Winter vacation period: 12 teaching hours/week
-Extra hours of teaching can be required during both regular semesters and summer/winter vacation period. In this case, overtime will be paid accordingly.
3.Job Description: Teaching general English, English for specific purposes and other classes offered in the University, including special English camp during summer and winter vacation period.
4.Salary/month: 2.1 million KRW
5.Accommodation: housing allowance/month is 400,000 KRW and any accommodation is not provided by University
6.Severance pay: when one-year contract is completed, an extra month¡¯s regular salary will be provided.
7.Overtime Pay: 30,000 KRW/hour
8.Vacation: 4 weeks paid vacation/year
9.Other matter:
-No airfare
-National Pension and Health insurance are provided according to Korean Law and the cost will be born a half of employer and half of employee.
