Not-tenure Track Full-time Positions at Kyonggi University: Suwon, South Korea


Kyonggi University is seeking experienced, committed and qualified instructors to teach English conversation from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2015.
1. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Native English speakers
B. Bachelor's or Master's degree
C. At least one year teaching experience (University teaching experience preferred)
D. Preference given to majors in TESOL, TEFL, English, linguistics, or Education
E. Applicants must be eligible for appointment according to Private University Faculty Appointment Regulations.

2. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS & BENEFITS
A. A two-year contract with possible extension upon evaluation
B. Teach 18 hours of credit and non-credit course per week.
C. Teach summer and winter sessions (approx. 5 weeks each)
D. Twelve-month-based salary
E. Starting annual salary: 31.2 million won (bachelor's), 32.4 million won (master's)
F. Subsidized Korea Teachers Pension
G. Subsidized medical insurance
