Job Title: Program Director for Kids and Junior English Program
Contract Duration: One calendar year
(Renewable based on job performance and overall evaluation)
Qualifications:
1) At least 3 years of experience as an EFL teacher
2) Fluent in both Korean and English
3) ) M.A. or Ph.D. in relevant field (i.e., TESOL, Education, Business Admin., etc.) (preferred)
4) Experience in teaching English programs for Kids and Junior (preferred)
5) Certificates related to English education (preferred)
* EFL: English as a Foreign Language

3) Instructor: Overall instructor management; Recruitment of new instructors; Orientation for instructors; Professional development programs;
Training for instructors; Job performance evaluation
Recruitment, Supervising, Performance evaluation of level coordinators
Supervising instructor¡¯s attendance; instructor¡¯s well-being
4) Student Services: Advising; Counseling; Support registration
5) Others: New program development; Marketing assistance; Teaching materials development; Assistance for administration
