Full-time and Part-time English Instructors Needed in Gangneung City, Korea

Foreign Language Institute at Gangneung-Wonju National University, located in Gangneung (20mins away from the sea), is looking for promising English instructor.
* Job Description:
 1. Position: Full-time and Part-time English Instructors
2. Contract Period
(1) (Full-timer) October 22, 2012 ~  October 21, 2013
                  (Renewable after successful completion) 
(2) (Part-timer) August 27, 2012 ~
* In order to work as a part time worker, we need to get a permission current job and immigration office.
3. Applicant's Qualifications:
    -Native speaker of English
    -B.A or M.A degree
-Previous ELT teaching experience 
* Job Responsibilities & Salary
1. Full-timer
- B.A. degree: 1.9 million won per month before taxes
- M.A. degree: 2.0 million won per month before taxes
- There is potential to make much more
(If you work 28hours per week with a B.A degree, you would get 2.9 million won before tax)
- Overtime pay: 25,000 won per hour
- Minimum 18 hours per week(From Monday to Friday)
- English Conversation with Kindergarten, Essay Writing etc.
- Kindergarten and Elementary School(Sometimes Adult)
- Active participation, interest and involvement in curricular, extracurricular activities, testing, grading, evaluation of Students and events held by the FLI such as English Intensive Course during summer and winter.
2. Part-timer
30,000 won per hours
- Minimum 4hours per week(Mon/Wed)
* It can be changed depending on semester
- English Conversation with Kindergarten, Essay Writing etc.
- Kindergarten and Elementary School(Sometimes Adult)
* Benefits:(Only Full-timer)
    -One-way airfare is provided for overseas applicants.
    -Housing: Single Studio on campus
    -4 weeks paid vacation: Fully paid summer and winter vacations
(two weeks each).
    -Severance pay of approximately one month's salary
 after the successful completion of a one-year contract.
    -50% of medical insurance coverage and national pension plan
  (balance paid by employee).
