Qualifications:
* Native Speaker of English with B.Ed. or teaching certificate
* Teaching experience in Korea is preferred.
* GNMHS is an arts school. All students major in Korean traditional music or dance. Therefore teachers with an interest in the arts are preferred.

2. Sample Lesson Plan:
Imagine you are teaching a beginner class about cultural differences for a grade 10 class of 16 students. Choose a topic and create a lesson plan for a 50 min. class. Send us a copy of your lesson plan with your resume and cover letter.
3. Interviews:
Interviews will begin on Thursday July 26th, 2012. If you are contacted for an interview, we will inform you about the additional documents required. (i.e. university degree, teaching certificate, identification, etc.) Also, be prepared to do a mock lesson of your lesson plan when you come for your interview.
4. Working Conditions:a. Teaching 17 to 20 hours of English conversation class for students in the high school(equivalent to grade 7,8,9,10 and 11).
b. Working Hours : Monday-Friday 8:20am-4:20pm.(August, 20, 2012 ~ December, 31, 2012)
c. Class sizes of up to 16 students. Each class of 30 students is divided into two groups by level.
d. Monthly salary is 2,300,000 won.
e. You'll receive an additional 500,000 won per month as housing allowance.
f. Health insurance and national pension : 50% paid by the school and 50% deducted from your salary.
g. You will have the same summer and winter vacation as the students except for a week-long special program in each vacation and some days for planning. You will also have national holidays and school holidays off.
h. A recommendation letter and severance pay will be provided when you complete the contract successfully.
