A female teacher is needed ASAP - Daegu, Korea

A female teacher is needed ASAP directly from the school. Beginning teacher is welcomed! No preference of certain ethnic background or nationality.
1. Location : Sooseong-Gu, Daegu, Close to the downtown of the city and the subway station - All within a walking distance of 10 minutes.
2. School
a) class size : Max 10
b) students : elementary ~ middle school kids
c) Has been successfully on business for 10 years
d) 3 Korean English teachers(female), one natives speaking teacher.
3. General working conditions
a) Period of contract: 1 year
b) Wages: 2.1 million Korean Won
c) Teaching hours: 120 hours per month, 5~7 hours a day
Normally starts at 2:00 and finishes at 9:15 pm
d) Full medical coverage (50% paid by employer)
e) A free round trip ticket
f) Housing: Studio type apartment for a single person. A fully furnished single apartment within 5 minutes walking distance from the school.
g) Severance pay: 1 month salary after completion of 1 year contract
h) Vacation: 10 days a year, observes 11-15 Korean national holidays spread throughout a year
4. Qualification
a) Should be eligible for E2 VISA(American, Australian, Canadian, English, etc with a valid passport). No preference of certain nationality or ethnic background.
b) Have a 3 or 4 years University Degree (with any major and the actual diploma in hands)
c) Available month: Beginning of September 2012
