Working Conditions
- Monthly Payment: 2.4~ 2.7 MIL KRW per month depending on the experience.
- Visa sponsorship
- RENT-FREE single studio furnished w/air-conditioning or housing allowance (500,000won)
- 5 days per week, 30 classes per week (40min=1 class)
- Appx. 10 students per class
- 50/50 Health and Pension (50% paid premiums by the School)
- Strong English speaking faculty support system
- Computer with internet access in every classroom
- Working hours: 8:30-4:30 (Mon-Fri)
Requirements:
- Transferable E-2 visa (We need a teacher who can start teaching from Sep. 3, 2012)
- Currently living in Korea
- An undergraduate degree or above from an accredited 4-year institution in a country where the official language is English.
- Teaching license, TEYL (Teaching English to Young Learners), or TESL (Teaching English as Second Language), or TESOL (Teaching English to Speaker of Other Language), or TEFL (Teaching English as Foreign Language) certificate preferred.
- English-related (i.e. linguistics, education, literature, etc.) major, a teaching experience, and/or Master's Degree are plus.
- Born and raised in English speaking country, fluent (non-accented) verbal and written skills.
- Passionate and professional about teaching children
- Catholics preferred.
- Open-minded with an ability to adapt to another culture
- Friendly, well-rounded and a team player
