Full-Time Corporate English Teaching- MY replacement (July 1) Seoul (Seocho)

I am looking for a GREAT replacement.
Preferably on an F6 Visa.
I have an incredible job as the English teacher for a mid-size Korean IT company in Seocho.
(Switching from 1st to 2nd person.)
You are the only teacher. You make all the decisions. The people are great. The English levels are diverse. The CEO is AWESOME! There is no grading. There is no BS. The three main classes are already split up into High/Middle/Low.
A program is already in place BUT they are more than happy to change things up if you have a certain method that works for you.
I am only leaving because I am moving back to the US with my family in August.
I REALLY care about getting a cool, smart, hard working teacher for this IT company.
They are wonderful people. They are loyal, fun and keep it all in perspective.
They are also VERY generous.
The main draw back is that this is an office job so it's a 8:30-5 or 6 type gig. You're not gonna have those University style holidays here.
That said, you will make AND save MUCH more here. Hard to spend money when you're at work all the time. :-)
You will also have A LOT of time on your own while at work in a very relaxed office atmosphere.
If you are:
1. The type of person who makes great use of time in front of a computer and on your own.
2. Ready to take on a very doable challenge and make great connections in the Biz/IT world.
3. Flexible, smart, hardworking and fun.
4. Someone who has been teaching in Korea for at least 2 years. (As in you are starting at least your 3rd school year)
5. Someone who has "some" biz teaching working/experience.
6. On a F6 or F4 visa. (They will not sponsor a Visa)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Teaching 10 group class hours per week
2) Teaching 6 1:1 hours per week
3) Developing curriculum based on the needs of students, management and
executives. We have a solid, diverse and organized curriculum foundation put
in place by our current English Teacher. But we are willing to work with you
your strengths/passions/experience and our needs!
4) Compiling monthly attendance records in Excel
DETAILS:
1) Up to 4,000,000 a month
2) The top health insurance package available in Korea
3) Bi-annual sales revenue bonuses (Ranging from 1,500,000 to 5,000,000)
4) Government pension plan
5) There is no additional housing stipend.
6) Compulsory Severance Pay at the end of each contract
Then please email me (achillesthree@hotmail.com) with:
1. Your resume and picture (yeah...I've been here a while)
2. A copy of your Alien ID card
3. A short description of your teaching philosophy
Serious inquiries only please.
Thanks,
Achilles
