3. Approximately 25 lessons per week i45-50 minute classes)
4. Five days a week with 2 consecutive days off (Sunday /Monday)
5. Salary: 200,00~250,000 yen (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

(A) Necessary Requirements
1. Is a native speaker of English
2. Has obtained a Bachelor's degree at a University in an English speaking country
3. Has adequate to extensive teaching experience in the ESL industry
(B) Preferred Requirements
1. Is positive, reliable, self-motivated and disciplined
2. Has experience leading small groups of school aged children
3. Is capable of teaching a wide range of students from preschool to adults
4. Is able to plan enjoyable, quality lessons for a variety of class types
5. Has experience living or travelling overseas for an extended period of time
6. Has experience learning a foreign language
7. Has an interest in Japanese culture and working with Japanese people
8. Has a valid driver's license

JOB DESCRIPTION

To teach Japanese people English using a communicative and student-centered approach
Follow curriculums based on widely available ESL publications
Follow the implemented curriculum and teaching methodology effectively while offering attractive lessons for students
Teach children between the ages of 3-12 years old, Secondary school students, adults of various ages and English abilities and company employees
Teach classroom formats including Junior High School, adult, private business classes, off-site group business classes, TOEIC and EIKEN test preparatory classes
Provide and update daily teaching records, bi-annual student evaluation reports
Conduct demonstration lessons to prospective students
Properly assess the English abilities of new students and place them in the appropriate level and textbook
