Kangwon National University is looking for qualified English teacher who will teach English credit course for KNU students.
1. Qualifications
- B.A./M.A. degree holder(more than 1 year of teaching Experience at university preferred)
- M.A. in TESOL degree holder(more than 1 year of teaching experience at university preferred)
- Applicants with a TESL degree/certificate at university are preferred.
- Applicants currently living in Korea are preferred.
2. Employment Period
- 1 year (Can be extended in accordance with mutual agreement)
3. Salary
- B.A. : Minimum 2,100,000won to Maximum 2,650,000won per month
- M.A. : Minimum 2,350,000won to Maximum 3,000,000won per month
- M.A. in TESOL : Minimum 2,650,000won to Maximum 3,000,000won per month(Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Overtime Pay : 25,000 won / hour
4. Severance Pay
- One-month salary at the end of each contract year

6. Working Hours
- 18 teaching hours/week
7. Paid Vacation
- Minimum 4 weeks/year
