Faculty Position Opening: Full-time English professors for ‘Practical English’ Classes at Korea Aerospace University

Korea Aerospace University (KAU) is seeking full-time native English professors to teach¡°Practical English Courses¡±, beginning in March, 2013.
1. Qualifications
a. Must be a native speaker.
b. Must hold at least a minimum bachelor degree
c. Must hold TESOL or equivalent certificates
(* If not, not qualified to apply)
d. F2 visa holder preferred.
2. Duties
a. Working five days per week from Monday through Friday
b. Teaching 15 class hours per week, averaged over the two semesters of the school year.
c. Student guidance (flexible schedule)
3. Terms of Contract, Compensation & Benefits
a. Annual contract (can be renewed)
b. Starting salary; up to Degree & ESL Teaching experiences
(Approximately 35,500,000 Won per year, if you have bachelor degree only)
c. Medical Insurance
d. Pension (when leaving KAU)
e. Summer and Winter Vacation (approximately 4 months)

g. Copies of TESOL or equivalent certificates
h. Copies of employment history (if available)
* Note)
- The above required documents except the application form shall be scanned and e-mailed as attachment files. However, the original version of the documents shall be submitted when whole screening procedures are completed.
- All documents submitted shall not be returned and re-submitted after those were submitted.

7. Interview
a. There will be interviews for applicants, who successfully pass the primary & secondary screenings.
b. The interview schedule will be provided after the each screening is completed.
