The Department of Liberal Arts at Daegu Haany University located in Daegu, Korea, invites applications from native speakers of English for several full-time professor positions to begin March 1, 2013 (http://www.dhu.ac.kr/new_home/eng/).
* Preferred Qualification
a) M.A degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields
b) B.A degree with strong academic or professional background in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare, Hospital Management, Korean culture/history, or related fields
* Contract Period
a) Two years (Beginning March 1, 2013), renewable up to 6 years.
b) This contract can be renewed upon successful evaluations and mutual agreement.
* Working Conditions & Benefits
a) Teaching load: 12 hours per week
b) Salary: About KW 29,040,000 per year(with 4 months paid vacation)
c) Off-campus housing assistance (KW 400,000 per month)
d) One round trip airfare (KW 1,000,000 per year)
