University of Ulsan Language Education Center English Instructor Position

The Language Education Center(hereafter L.E.C.) at University of Ulsan is looking for a dedicate and responsible, native English-speaking instructor who can start teaching from March 1st, 2013
1. Annual salary(before taxation and insurance deduction)
MA.: \31,000,000 ~ \34,000,000 (Approximately)
the Breakdown is 1)+2)
1) Regular Salary : \25,000,000 ~ \27,000,000
2) Extra Hours Charge(Overtime Payment): \6,000,000 ~ \7,000,000
2. Qualifications
1) Native English speaker
2) 4 years B.A. degree from an English-speaking Country with teaching experience in college and University
3. Start of Employment: March 1st, 2013
4. Length of Contract : a renewable one-year contract
5. Duties
1) Regular Semesters
- Teaching 14 credit-course hours per week during 16-week regular semesters
- Teaching up to 10 non-credit course hours per week at the L.E.C. during the 16- week regular semesters. The non-credit course is counted as overtime hours
- Maintain two office hours a week during the 16-week regular semesters
2) Summer/Winter Sessions
- 56 class hours(14hours¡¿4weeks)during a summer and a winter session respectively at the L.E.C.
3) Assisting in the operation of programs
6. Benefits
1) Housing:Fully-furnished studio-type apartment(one or two bedroom,15~22 pyeong) located near the university will be provided(subject to the user's payment of maintenance cost, heating, electricity, telephone charges, etc.)
2) Vacation:4 to 6 week paid vacation during summer and winter, respectively.
3) A university office room : shared by two, a personal computer, a printer,
a phone and office supply will be provided.
4) Medical Insurance and National Pension Plan:50 % support by the university
5) Contract renewal Bonus : \500,000
6) Severance Pay: Upon the completion of each 12-month contract, severance pay, which is equivalent to one month¡¯s regular salary, is given.
7) Airfare : A one way air ticket to your home country at the end of final contract period
