Energetic, Native Speaker Needed in South Pangyo (Bundang), Korea

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hello, my wife and I are the directors of a small, but growing language institute in the metropolitan area of Pangyo. Pangyo is a new city sandwiched between Bundang and Seoul. It’s about a 30-40 minute bus ride to most of the popular areas in Seoul and also has quick access to all the attractions of Bundang. We operate from Gemvax Tower, a superb modern building and serve both a number of business clients as well as school children in the area.
We are looking for an energetic, native speaker (NS) for our institute. We are particularly interested in a person who is willing to learn, enjoys engaging students of varying language abilities and shows a commitment to teaching. My wife and I have over 11 years of teaching and research experience that has been put into the curriculum that we have designed. All the class plans are made for you and training will be given.

JOB DETAILS
Start date: December 3rd, 2012 (or as soon as possible after that)
Location: Pangyo (near Bundang)
Salary: 2.5 million won/month (2.1 million salary/400,000 housing)
Teaching hours: Up to 30 hours per week / Monday – Friday / 3.00 pm to 9:30 pm
Working hours: 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Students: Kindergarten/Elementary/Middle School
Housing: Not provided, but housing allowance of 400,000won/month provided
Basic Benefits: Severance payment upon completion of your 1 year contract, 10 days paid vacation, Medical Insurance (50/50), & National Pension
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Native English speaker from U.S./U.K./Canada/ Australia/New Zealand
2. Bachelors degree (any discipline)
3. Minimum of 1 years teaching experience in Korea would be an advantage
4. A CELTA/TESOL/TEFL certificate would be an advantage
5. Visa requirement: F-2/F-4/F-5/ E-2 (MUST BE already resident in Korea)APPLICATION
