Herald Language Institute is located in Gangneung, South Korea. Gangneung is an average city but considered a smaller city by Korean standards (pop. 200,000). We are located on the east side of the Korean Peninsula. The beautiful ocean and the mountains surrounding our city make each day always a very scenic one. Gyeong-po beach (one of Korea¡¯s most popular beaches) is located not even 10 minutes away. Gangnueng has all modern conveniences. Gangneung also offers us a great advantage to understand and learn about Korean culture and traditions. Our school is located between apartment complexes and the biggest elementary school in this area. We have 4 members on our school staff and we all work well as a team. Salary and Benefits:
- 2.1-2.3 million Won monthly (depend on experiences)
- Two 5-day holidays one in summer and the other in winter plus all National holidays
- One apartment (no roommate)
- Severance Pay (equal to one month pay)
- 50% of Medical Insurance paid
- 18,000 won/hour overtime
Job Description:
- Teaching mainly elementary and middle school age students
- Teach Monday through Friday

Thanks to the natural heritage, PyeonChang,30 minutes away from here,has become the host city of 2018 Winter Olympic Games. All of ice games such as ice hockey, short track skating, figure skating and so forth will be held on the ice rinks here. Also Gyeong-po beach (one of Korea¡¯s most popular beaches) is located not even 10 minutes away. Gangnueng has all modern conveniences. Gangneung also offers us a great advantage to understand and learn about Korean culture and traditions.

- Teach 6 hours to the most (No Classes during middle school test period)
