Ideal Applicant:
The ideal applicant holds a degree in Education, English, Communication, or Linguistics. It will better if you have some teaching experience, or at least any working experience with young children. Above all, you have to love being around children because that is what it is all about. Additional required qualities are self motivation, inquisitiveness, punctuality, a desire for learning, and professionalism.
Position Details
1. Paid vacation - 1 week in summer and 1 week in winter
Monthly salary : 2.1~2.5 (Depending on your qualification such as BA/MS degree, certificates, and teaching experience) + Annual Increase (5~10%)
Fully furnished single house around Hong-Dae Area. (600,000~750,000won/mon)
Working hours : Mon ~ Fri (1pm~9pm / 2pm~10pm)
Teaching hours : Max 31 teaching hours (40~45min class time)
Number of students per class : 8 (Gr2~6), 10 (Gr7~9)
You will have break time for dinner (45min) and
class break between each class (5~10min)
Severance bonus : One month salary bonus at the end of the contract
Health insurance : Paid
Trainin / Orientation : Provided
