Teach English at South Korea !!!!!! Experience the rich culture, food, and people of South Korea. South Korea is one of the most lucrative teach abroad options - teachers are given high salaries and free room & board. Experience the country side of Kangwon-Do, explore its nearby beaches, and see and experience the culture of Korean people.
Location: Gangwon Provincial College (City: Gangneung-Si, Province: Gangwon-Do)
Gangwon Provincial College (Website: www.gw.ac.kr) is offering English Camp to elementary students for 4 weeks. Within this 4 weeks, students will be attending English lessons as well as other outdoor activities.
Duration: 4 Weeks
Start Date: January 7, 2013; All instructors will report and check-in by no later than 1/4/2013
Teaching Target: Elementary students
Compensation : $2,500.00 U.S. Dollars for the entire assignment
Housing : Dorm room is provided
Airfare: Round trip ticket is provided, only if needed.
Hours : Monday through Friday: approximately 20-25 teaching hours; and 15-20 hours of outdoor activities. Not to exceed 45 hours per week total
Qualifications:
1. Must possess minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (TEFL certificate is recommended but not required).
2. Must possess minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. Experience in teaching elementary students are preferred.
3. Must hold U.S. passport.
4. No criminal record (this includes underage drinking charges, DUI's, misdemeanors, etc), minor traffic offenses are ok.
5. Physically and mentally healthy.
