Chung Moon Language Institute in Seoul, Korea, is looking for EFL teachers to start on 3rd December 2012 . Hiring is ongoing and applications will be accepted for future teaching vacancies. CMLI is a subsidiary of Park Young Publishing Co., one of the largest Publishing companies of South Korea, which has a history of high standards and solid Publishing credentials. CMLI has been established since 1992, and is one of the largest and most reputable English language institutes in Korea.
CMLI is conveniently located in the heart of Seoul at the Jonggak subway station. It's within walking distance to the Myongdong shopping district, Insa-dong, and trendy Samcheong-dong. Five subway lines and numerous bus lines serve the Jonggak area so the rest of the city is only a quick subway ride away
Class sizes are kept small maximum 5 students. We embrace a whole language philosophy and stress student centered classes, emphasizing meaningful student/teacher interaction. For these reasons, we are seeking creative and motivated teachers. We would especially like to find people who are interested in developing professionally as English teachers or who are looking to connect with another culture. Our EFL and UCE(Up Close English) curriculums offer exciting opportunities for teachers wishing to gain valuable teaching experience and our ¡®Free Talk' classes offer the chance to interact and build relationships as well as educate.

Qualifications:
1) Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and UK(United Kingdom).
2) Undergraduate Degree from an accredited College or University. More importantly, we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are committed to upholding the tradition of educational excellence that CMLI has been providing for the past 20 years. Teaching experience is not required, but a professional attitude is important.
*Starting: 3rd December 2012
*Guaranteed contracts: We, Chung Moon Language Institute in Seoul, will always pay you on time and in full.
*Housing: CMLI provides furnished living accommodations, located at walking distance.
*Salary: 2.0 million
*Severance Pay: Equivalent to one-month pay upon completion of one-year contract
*Airfare: If you are hired outside the Republic of Korea, CMLI shall purchase, for you, an economy class one-way ticket from point of hire, to Korea on a regularly scheduled airline flight. Upon the full completion of the agreement term(12 month), you shall be afforded an option of either 500,000 Won payment or return ticket to the point of hire.
*Hours: Average teaching 6 hours a day, 20 working days per month (usually means 1 or 2 days off a month) + all weekends and national holidays off.
If you do not have a class to teach, you are free to go home and enjoy your spare time.
*Health insurance: CMLI will pay for half of your health insurance premiums.
*Pension: CMLI will pay for half of your pension plan.
