Position Opening at Sehan University - Jellanamdo, Korea

Sehan University, which is located at the suburb of Mokpo in the southwest of Korea, is opening a position for a full-time instructor who will start working from the first day of March, 2013.
1. JOB POSITIONS
- Full-time instructor for classes related to English
2. QUALIFICATIONS
- Native English Speaker
- BA (or MA) with a Tesol certificate
3. SALARY
- 2.3 million wons (with minimum 23 class-hours per week)
- Overtime pay: 20000 wons per class-hour
4. BENEFITS
- Furnished housing
- Medical Insurance & National Pension: 50% paid by employer
5. CONTRACT PERIOD
- One year from March 1, 2012
- Renewable upon evaluation
6. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
(1) At the time of application
- A cover letter
- A resume
- Copies of diplomas
- Transcripts (original ones at the time of interview)
- A copy of passport (or alien registration card)
- Two recommendations
- A photo
(2) To get the visa (after interview)
- A (nationwide) police criminal check with (original) apostille for Americans
A (nationwide) police criminal check notarized by the Korean consulate in Canada for Canadians
