Korea University Sejong Campus – Full-time employee Needed in Jochiwon


Korea University Sejong Campus in Jochiwon, South Korea, has job opening in International Affairs and Education Administrative Team. Our campus is Sejong City, a new Multifunctional administrative City in Korea, located about 120 km south of Seoul and 30 km north of Daejeon.
POSITION
Full-time employee, Assistant Coordinator, for the Institute of International Affairs and Education Administrative Team (one year contract which may be renewed once)
Responsibilities will include: supporting the international exchange programs, international agreements, the protocol of foreign visits, editing the documents in English and daily work

QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants must be fluent in English/Korean or communicable.
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree.(Master’s degree preferred)
- Applicants must have at least 2 year experience in International Affairs at a university, or in a related field including interpret and translation
- A working knowledge of Korean is desirable, but not necessary
- We are looking for an employee who will not only be competent, but also enthusiastic, adaptable, creative, and cooperative.
- Must be eligible to receive a working visa.

WORKING HOURS
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon - Fri)
- Must be flexible

VACATION
Employees are given 12 paid vacation days a year, and may use this vacation time as they choose with prior approval from the director. In addition, all national holidays are observed.

PAY AND BENEFITS
The basic annual salary will be 31,880,000KRW(Korea won). The exchange rate is normally around 1,200 won per US dollar. Benefits also include the nation’s four major public insurances; Korean National Health Insurance, the National Pension plan, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance, and Employment Insurance.
